To callout ones the missionary oriented leaders, evangelists, church leaders and consecrate theme as Bishops and authorize them as state level board of directors and to uphold the churches of ICI affiliation
To ordain and certify the pastors to solemnize marriage anywhere in india as per the indian christian marriage act 1872 under ICI diocese bishops
